Received - Deceased Donor Transplant
Theodore George Waters, Jr. was born and raised in West Philadelphia, where he enlisted in the U.S. Navy from 1986 to 1994. During his service, he was trained as a Hospital Corpsman and was stationed on two aircraft carriers and at the Philadelphia Naval Hospital. Ted was deployed to Southeast Asia during Desert Shield and later Desert Storm.
Ted received a deceased donor transplant on 9/22/24 and would like everyone who is still waiting for that special gift to remain positive and continue to pray!
He hopes that anyone reading this would be willing to share the stories of our veterans still waiting for a transplant or consider becoming a living kidney donor and give the gift of life!
