STATUS:

Waiting

My name is Dale Radcliff, and I served in the Nebraska National Guard from 1964 to 1970. We were a transportation company, and my job was in the motor pool. I am not a combat veteran, as our unit was not called up to go to Vietnam.

My career was in law enforcement, and I spent 48 years there. For the last 24 years, I was the elected York County Sheriff and retired six years ago, in 2018. I enjoyed working with and for the residents of the county.

I am married, and we will be celebrating our 60-year anniversary this year. We have two children, two grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. I have had kidney problems for over 25 years and started dialysis treatment in July 2024. I have been on a transplant list for over four years and am listed with the VA in Iowa City, Iowa. I would love to get back to playing golf and doing some traveling after a transplant.

Will you join DOVE in our mission to find a kidney for Dale? Your support, whether through spreading the word on social media or considering becoming a donor, can make a profound impact on his life and the life of his family!

Dale has enlisted the help of a Veteran's organization called DOVE Transplant which is helping in his outreach to find his life-saving kidney donor. DOVE will assist all prospective donors throughout the process and make sure they do not incur any out-of-pocket expenses related to the evaluation or surgery.

A healthy person can live a normal life with one kidney and save this Veteran's life! Please click on the link below if you would like to learn more OR call (551) 233-1611.
